Music has power to heal, soothe, calm, inspire, uplift, and thrill us. It brings us closer to our inner selves, to God, and to one another.

Retreats and workshops will include guided musical meditations, quiet time, sharing, group singing, piano performances by Judith Alstadter, and time in nature, whenever possible.

Retreat leader, Dr. Judith Alstadter, is a concert pianist, music educator, lecturer, and recording artist. She has concertized in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. A graduate of the Juilliard School and Yale Music School, she is on the faculty of Pace University, Five Towns College and is Director of Judith Alstadter Piano Studios. Pursuing a spiritual and musical path are at the core of her life and are sources of healing, solace, inspiration, and joy. She has presented concerts, workshops and retreats on spirituality at retreat centers, churches and temples, health spas, community centers, and clubs, as well as individualized retreats at private homes.

One-day retreats are held from 10 AM to 4 PM. Two-day weekend retreats or half-day retreats can also be arranged. Please contact Judith Alstadter to arrange for a retreat or for additional information on lectures and workshops, as well as CD's on spirituality and music:
